The Port of Chelan County  purchased the Cashmere, WA Mill Site property in January 2008. The Port will use a CERB planning grant to assess the physical suitability of the site for development of target industry clusters;determine  market potential for green building design; determine local demand for new building sites; and assess potential for site reclamation and environmental restoration work.
