The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. To find current state prevailing wage rates, see L&I's page Find Prevailing Wage Rates by Classification, which also includes a link to descriptions of trades and classifications. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

Proposals will be accepted by the Port Authority until 10:00am on Wednesday, May 29, 2024,
at the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority new office location at
285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202. Wenatchee, WA, 98801
Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately following.
Plans and Specifications are available, May 1, 2024, through the Architect. Contact Michell Kaminski, Office Manager with Design West Architects by e-mail at mkaminski@designwestpnw.com to request documents.
All bidding General Contractors are required to record their contact information with the office of the Architect, for the purpose of document distribution.
A Pre-Bid Conference, optional for all General Contractor prospective bidders, will be held Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at 10:00 am near the project site at One Campbell Parkway, East Wenatchee, WA, 98802.
